Senior IT Infrastructure Compliance Specialist

About the role

An IT Infrastructure Compliance Specialist is sought to support and strengthen the IT Infrastructure Compliance Program, ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, security and corporate requirements across North America and global operations. The role works closely with international teams to coordinate compliance activities, manage IT risks, support audits, oversee documentation and drive continuous improvement in IT Infrastructure Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support and continuously improve the IT Infrastructure Compliance Program.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure qualification and validation activities in GxP-regulated environments, following GAMP guidelines.
• Develop, maintain and manage compliance policies, procedures, technical documentation and training records.
• Monitor IT risks, coordinate mitigation plans and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support internal, external, customer and regulatory audits and inspections.
• Lead or coordinate investigations, root cause analysis and compliance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain ITSM knowledgebase content and promote ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with international teams across IT, Information Security, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Legal and other areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Quality Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT, infrastructure, compliance, information security, quality assurance, risk management, auditing or similar.
• Experience in GxP-regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences or laboratories.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Knowledge of compliance processes, CAPA, risk management, root cause analysis, audits, documentation and training management.
• Experience developing policies, procedures, training materials, KPIs, KRIs and compliance reports.
