Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

An experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist is sought to support recruitment activities within the IT consulting industry, based in Bogotá, Colombia, on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical recruitment, sourcing IT professionals for demanding client environments and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers, technical teams and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up.
• Sourcing and recruiting IT professionals in Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud & DevOps, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks.
• Conduct initial HR interviews assessing technical background, communication skills and fit with client requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Managers, technical teams and international stakeholders on hiring needs.
• Manage several vacancies at once, build a pipeline of qualified IT professionals and follow up regularly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity updates in the ATS, monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill and interview conversion, and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on IT recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting technical profiles in an IT consulting company, staffing firm or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills and market trends.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills; able to work autonomously with international teams.
• Advanced English (C1 minimum) and fluent Spanish.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience recruiting for the US IT market and in an international IT consulting or staffing company.
• Familiarity with recruitment KPIs, ATS platforms and structured recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting for specialized technical roles such as Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity and Software Development.
