Senior MacOS Developer

About the role

Coforge is seeking an experienced Senior MacOS Developer to design, build, and maintain macOS applications while contributing to a modern authentication platform. The role is fully remote and open to candidates in several Latin American countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain macOS applications and components.
• Integrate authentication, identity, and API‑based capabilities, following Apple security best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues related to applications, authentication flows, APIs, and macOS environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, identity, and architecture teams.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, and debugging productivity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and Xcode, with experience building macOS and/or iOS apps.
• Advanced English communication skills.

• Swift, Xcode, SwiftUI, AppKit (or UIKit)
• REST API integration and backend services
• Authentication technologies: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SSO, MFA
• Apple security concepts: Keychain, code signing, entitlements, Secure framework
• Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI‑assisted development tools
