Senior Market Research Analyst

About the role

VISASQ/COLEMAN is seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst to support survey projects from start to finish. You will work with a global team across the U.S., EMEA and APAC, collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review questionnaires, provide feedback and test survey links.
• Conduct data quality reviews, compile final raw data files and deliver them to clients.
• Assist in feasibility assessments, quote development and client intake calls.
• Monitor fieldwork using Qualtrics or similar platforms and support basic programming tasks.
• Maintain records in CRM, use PowerBI for client activity reporting, and manage vendor communications.
• Escalate project risks and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of quantitative market research experience, preferably B2B.
• Familiarity with online and CATI survey methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Authorized to work in Colombia.

Required skills

• Qualtrics (or similar survey platform) – setup and send‑outs.
• Basic proficiency with ERM systems and CRM platforms.
• PowerBI for data review and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
