Senior Marketing Manager - Adult Vaccines

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager for Adult Vaccines will lead a team of Product Managers and define the short-, medium- and long‑term marketing strategy for the adult vaccines portfolio across Colombia and Central America & Caribbean. The role focuses on accelerating growth, identifying new market opportunities and improving vaccination uptake throughout adulthood.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integrated adult vaccines marketing strategy, setting portfolio vision, strategic priorities and growth roadmap.
• Accelerate the Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases strategy by promoting vaccination as part of preventive healthcare for chronic conditions.
• Coach and develop Product Managers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Identify and activate new markets, customer segments, partnerships, channels and business models.
• Own portfolio performance, annual operating‑plan execution, marketing investment and resource allocation.
• Translate customer, market, epidemiological and competitive insights into actions that create growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Health Sciences, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Progressive pharmaceutical marketing experience with a strong track record in brand and marketing strategy.
• Experience in Cardiology, Endocrinology and/or Nephrology therapeutic areas.
• Proven leadership experience building and coaching high‑performing teams.
• Fluency in Spanish and advanced English.
