Senior Mid-Market Growth Account Executive, Uber for Business, Colombia

About the role

As a Senior Mid-Market Growth Account Executive for Uber for Business in Colombia, you will own the most complex, high-potential accounts and architect the growth strategy within them. The role is hybrid, based in Bogota with three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategically important mid-market accounts, spotting complex, high-impact opportunities.
• Influence and align multiple senior stakeholders across departments to drive adoption of the full Uber product suite (Eats, Central, Vouchers, etc.).
• Lead complex contract renewals and expansions, handling pricing pushbacks and internal legal and operations hurdles.
• Use data and market knowledge to forecast accurately, spot churn risks early and focus on the highest-value activities.
• Work with Product, Operations and Marketing to remove technical barriers and shape the U4B platform based on client feedback.
• Adapt strategy in real time during long deal cycles and act as a mentor and "bar raiser" for the wider team.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish and English, mandatory for working with global product and leadership teams.
• 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment, managing and growing a revenue quota.
• Experience influencing C-level stakeholders in organizations of 1,000+ employees.
• Proven ability to build, run and iterate multi-quarter territory and account plans.
• Preferred: systems thinking, advanced Salesforce and data analysis, and experience leading cross-functional projects.
