Senior Order Management & Logistics Support Specialist

About the role

The Senior Order Management & Logistics Support Specialist drives daily operations within Tetra Pak's Sales Administration Support Center, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing and logistics coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance, coaching, and functional support to team members, fostering capability development and independence.
• Support Services Supply Network (SSN) teams in all operational activities related to the parts business.
• Serve as the main contact for internal stakeholders on complex business operations.
• Execute business operation support activities in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Track order fulfilment, resolve backorders, and coordinate reverse logistics.
• Maintain compliance with global processes and drive continuous improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong experience in sales administration, order management or supply chain, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage high‑volume operational tasks in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Required skills

• ERP systems – SAP (preferred)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
• Reporting tools – Power BI
