About the role

We are looking for a Senior Paralegal specialized in litigation to join our remote legal team serving the United States personal injury market. The position is fully remote for candidates located in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina or Peru, working Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm EST.

Key responsibilities

Draft demand packages, including liability analysis and damages summaries.
Manage discovery requests and coordinate discovery sessions.
Track case‑related tasks and ensure timely follow‑up.
Request, organize, and review medical and financial records.
Maintain complete, compliant case files and documentation.

Required profile

Law degree (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years experience in U.S. personal injury law.
Strong English proficiency (C1 level).
Medical background to understand clinical processes.
Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and think critically.
