Senior PMO Project Manager

About the role

Coforge is hiring a Senior PMO Project Manager (remote) to maintain project plans, coordinate with engineering and service teams and support executive reporting. The role covers IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services and Finance projects, and is open to candidates in Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia and Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master project plans, timelines, dependencies, issues, risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, ServiceNow architects and business stakeholders across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services and Finance.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and steering committee communications, track action items and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).
• Prepare executive presentations, briefings and project status reports for leadership.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining project plans, dependencies, issues and risk management documentation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and preparing executive presentations and status reports.

Required skills

• Knowledge or experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS)
• Ability to facilitate meetings, track action items and prepare MoMs
• Preferred: experience in Hi-Tech or SaaS companies, exposure to Cisco, NetApp, ServiceNow or Salesforce, and coordination with ServiceNow architects
