Key responsibilities

• Design across the full Jeeves platform—from mobile to desktop—focusing on core card, payments and spend‑management experiences.
• Own projects from problem framing, research and exploration to shipping and measuring outcomes.
• Identify UX debt, drive systematic fixes, and elevate the overall craft and consistency of the product.
• Leverage AI tools for generative exploration, rapid prototyping, and accelerated research synthesis.
• Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and marketers, and influence design practices across a globally distributed team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with senior‑level ownership of high‑impact projects.
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments without heavy direction.
• Hands‑on research experience, including recruiting participants and synthesizing findings.
• Strong fluency in English and a collaborative, customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• AI design tools (generative exploration, AI‑assisted prototyping, LLM‑supported documentation).
• Design systems creation and maintenance at scale.
• Fintech and payments domain expertise.
• User research methods and validation.
