Senior Product Manager – Rare Diseases

About the role

Medison is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the marketing strategy for its rare disease portfolio in Colombia. The role will translate global and regional strategies into impactful local plans, focusing on patient and customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies and tactical plans aligned with local, regional and global priorities.
• Lead digital and omnichannel initiatives, integrating face‑to‑face and digital engagement.
• Manage new product launches and lifecycle activities, ensuring launch readiness.
• Collaborate with KAMs, field teams and cross‑functional partners (Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial, Compliance).
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity and healthcare trends to identify business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing or related field; postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing or product management experience, preferably with rare diseases or oncology.
• Strong understanding of the Colombian healthcare system and pharmaceutical market.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Proven ability to launch new products and drive market development.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including market analysis, customer segmentation and performance tracking.
• Experience designing and implementing digital and omnichannel marketing strategies.
