Senior Product Specialist - Coronary & Structural Heart (TAVI)

About the role

As a Senior Product Specialist for Coronary & Structural Heart (TAVI), you will drive portfolio growth, market development and therapy adoption across the CELA region. You will partner with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access and other cross-functional teams to lead product marketing initiatives, support product launches, develop KOL engagement strategies and deliver medical education programs for coronary and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVI) therapies. This is a FlexWork position based in Bogotá, Cali or Medellín, Colombia, and requires a US visa and travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for the Coronary and Structural Heart (TAVI) portfolio across the region
• Drive market growth and therapy adoption through commercial and educational initiatives focused on interventional cardiology and structural heart therapies
• Support product launches, portfolio management, pricing, forecasting and lifecycle management
• Build relationships with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, physicians, KOLs and key healthcare stakeholders
• Lead physician education programs, workshops, advisory boards and scientific initiatives
• Partner with Sales, Clinical Specialists, Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, clinical evidence and business performance to identify growth opportunities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Nursing, Surgical Instrumentation, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, clinical marketing or commercial roles in the medical device industry
• Experience leading regional or cross-country projects
• Direct experience working with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, healthcare professionals and KOLs
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2)

Required skills

• Product marketing, market development, product launches, KOL engagement, portfolio management and commercial planning
• Nice to have: MBA or specialization in Marketing, Commercial Management or Healthcare Management; experience with AI tools and data-driven insights; experience in TAVI/TAVR, interventional cardiology or cardiovascular devices; exposure to regional or multinational business environments
