Senior Project Management Consultant - Payroll Implementations

About the role

ADP Celergo is looking for a Senior Project Management Consultant within its Implementation department, reporting to the Manager of Implementation. The consultant supports multi-country payroll implementations as the client's privileged contact, working closely with Celergo's global partners to analyse and implement payroll regulations in line with local legislation and to guarantee a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Define the technical specifications of the information system that meet the customer's configuration needs.
• Run the global kick-off call, create project charters, rollout plans and project plans for all countries in scope, and ensure milestones and timelines are met.
• Ensure the client respects the implementation window agreed in the contract and escalate issues that could delay the implementation.
• Manage a master implementation schedule and keep the project portfolio up to date on corporate tools (Siebel, eService, PlanView).
• Configure regulatory settings in the global ADP platform (CGC), develop, test and optimise the solution, and ensure correct invoicing.
• Support the transition to service with the Client Account Manager and take part in business improvement projects and pre-engagement meetings.
• Organise stakeholder meetings, provide status reporting and action plans, and relay payroll information to global partners.
• Explain payroll (compensation, benefits) and its financial implications, and clarify country-specific payroll issues with in-country partners.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, invoicing and fulfilment during implementation, and review Excel documents and figures using basic accounting knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Two to five years of related experience and/or training, preferably in a service environment.
• Bilingual language skills are preferred; project management certification is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanour.
