Senior Project Manager – Digital Operations Lead

About the role

The Senior Project Manager – Digital Operations Lead will own the end‑to‑end delivery of IQVIA’s patient‑facing digital initiatives, primarily Electronic Patient Recruitment (ePR). You will manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring digital assets are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution across all project phases.
• Manage a portfolio of 5–10 concurrent ePR projects with distinct sponsors and go‑live dates.
• Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and mitigation strategies.
• Validate scope, schedules, budgets and delivery success metrics.
• Coordinate workloads across digital producers, assign and reassign resources based on priority and risk.
• Partner with Patient Recruitment Leads to align ePR delivery with study plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, IT, ClinicalResearch.com and external vendors.
• Oversee delivery of patient‑facing ePR websites, qualification flows and handoff to referral hubs.
• Apply IQVIA project‑management tools and governance processes.
• Escalate risks proactively and drive mitigation to protect timelines and quality.
• Support digital producer work when required to ensure continuity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project‑management experience handling multiple projects and stakeholders.
• 3+ years in digital marketing, digital operations, clinical operations or a related delivery environment, preferably regulated/healthcare.
• Hands‑on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Sitecore.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive delivery without close oversight.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Formal project‑management education or demonstrated delivery experience; PMP certification preferred.
