Senior Project Manager

About the role

RWS Transform is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex localization projects from initiation to delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality outcomes while balancing timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and optimise project processes.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, invoicing and vendor payments.
• Lead a team of Localization Leads/Engineers and coordinate work across internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams through conference calls, meetings and written updates.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans and handle escalations.
• Prepare process documentation and corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• University degree in IT, business or a related field.
• 5+ years of project‑management experience with enterprise customers.
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• PMI certification (preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge (preferred).
