Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high‑impact technology projects for a global business. Reporting to the Director Delivery Manager, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams across time zones and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risk registers and timelines.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, stakeholders and other functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Drive alignment among global stakeholders and build strong relationships to support success.
• Ensure projects meet business requirements, quality standards and strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and deliver on time and within scope.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in global settings.
• Experience with project‑management tools and methodologies.
