Senior Project Manager

About the role

GIGA IT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead software projects for an event technology and production client operating across the United States, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing Agile processes, and ensuring successful delivery of complex integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement and Retrospectives.
• Plan and track milestones, AWS releases and team velocity.
• Manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication across Rails, Kafka, mobile and ERP/CRM integration teams.
• Remove blockers, control scope and ensure code quality in collaboration with QA and technical leads.

Required profile

• Senior experience managing software projects with multidisciplinary, international teams.
• Strong Agile/Scrum practice and familiarity with metrics such as velocity and burn‑down.
• Proven ability to handle risk, dependency and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
