Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for BairesDev’s global clients. The role is fully remote and involves guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high‑impact products and transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control project outcomes, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company systems, policies and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
• Foster a reliable, communicative environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning and forecast project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, analyze variances and take corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive IT industry background with strong knowledge of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
