Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

INDI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multicultural, globally distributed software outsourcing projects. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of both customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project forecasts and maintain accurate timelines.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies and ensure consistent HR policy application.
• Validate project viability, prepare budgets, and allocate equipment and resources.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Enforce compliance with established processes and drive necessary changes.
• Monitor progress, conduct control activities, and report status.
• Maintain high levels of customer and team satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing software outsourcing projects (time‑and‑material or fixed‑price).
• Strong customer orientation and budget management capabilities.
• Background in IT and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and prior experience as a Software Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced level of English.
