Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium‑to‑large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure delivery quality, and drive project profitability while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistent project quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment, retain talent, and identify growth opportunities for team members.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning, and forecast profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, and take corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with solid understanding of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
