Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery of products and transformations for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes while coaching team members.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
• Foster a collaborative environment to retain talent and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning, and forecast project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with solid project‑management knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
