Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure project quality, and drive successful delivery of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes while coaching team members.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment to retain talent and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity, and profitability; forecast financial results.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with deep knowledge of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate diverse teams.
