Senior Project Manager - Travel & Hospitality

About the role

KLANIK is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead travel and hospitality technology implementations. You will drive projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, resources, and communications are aligned for successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities across all phases, following KLANIK’s delivery standards.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, meeting calendars, and delivery trackers.
• Conduct routine communications with customers and internal Amadeus teams, including invitations, follow‑ups, and status updates.
• Sequence activities, schedule resources, manage action items and cross‑workstream dependencies.
• Monitor risks, issues, and blockers, escalating according to governance processes.
• Produce project documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and update Salesforce records.
• Ensure quality control of deliverables for completeness, consistency, and timely publication.
• Coordinate with System Engineering, Consulting, Training, Customer Care, and Support teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software, SaaS, or enterprise technology implementation projects.
• Previous work on hospitality or travel projects.
• Experience handling complex multi‑stakeholder initiatives involving internal, customer, and third‑party parties.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Strong planning, dependency, risk, and mitigation management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Familiarity with structured project‑management methodologies and governance frameworks.
