Senior Project/Program Manager (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

Porch Group is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives from inception to delivery. The role is fully remote and will be administered through RemoFirst, the company’s Employer of Record in Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute complex programs, managing schedules, resources, and end‑to‑end lifecycles.
• Coordinate trade‑off decisions between technical constraints, schedule risks, and business value.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, creating contingency plans and escalating issues as needed.
• Continuously improve delivery processes using retrospectives and data‑driven insights.
• Drive operational excellence by defining milestones, health metrics, and performance indicators.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across product, engineering, and business teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing large, cross‑functional programs in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and align diverse stakeholders.
