About the role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment strategy and execution for our Bogotá office, supporting corporate functions across Inspire Brands’ multi‑brand restaurant portfolio. The role will partner with U.S. stakeholders to attract top talent, enhance the employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for Bogotá‑based roles, from intake to offer and pre‑onboarding.
- Source, engage and build pipelines of high‑quality candidates using diverse channels.
- Design and improve recruiting processes, templates, communications and workflows.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners and U.S. recruiting teams to keep searches moving with urgency.
- Analyze recruiting data and pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Leverage AI, automation and recruiting tools to reduce manual work and enhance candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure consistent touchpoints throughout the hiring journey.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or related HR functions; 7 years preferred.
- Proven ability to work with U.S. teams across time zones.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong stakeholder management, organization and follow‑through.
