Senior Recruiter – Bogotá

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment strategy and execution for our Bogotá office, supporting corporate functions across Inspire Brands’ multi‑brand restaurant portfolio. The role combines full‑cycle recruiting with data‑driven process improvement to attract top talent in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for Bogotá‑based roles, from intake and sourcing to offer and pre‑onboarding, partnering with U.S. stakeholders.
• Identify, attract and engage candidates using diverse sourcing channels and techniques.
• Design and refine recruiting processes, templates, communications and workflows to ensure a consistent hiring experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners and the U.S. recruiting team to keep searches moving with urgency.
• Analyze recruiting data and pipeline metrics to spot bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Leverage AI, automation and recruiting tools to reduce manual work and enhance candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate talent pipelines and candidate data in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or related HR functions; 7 years preferred.
• Proven ability to work with U.S.‑based teams across time zones.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization and follow‑through.

Required skills

• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools.
• Comfort using spreadsheets and workflow automation tools.
• Hands‑on use of an applicant tracking system (ATS).
