Senior Recruiter – Bogotá

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead the full‑cycle recruitment strategy for our Bogotá office, supporting corporate functions across Inspire Brands’ portfolio of restaurant brands. The role combines data‑driven talent acquisition, process innovation and close partnership with U.S. stakeholders to attract top‑tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for Bogotá‑based roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and pre‑onboarding.
• Identify, attract and engage candidates using diverse sourcing techniques and channels.
• Design and improve recruiting processes, templates, communications and workflows for a consistent hiring experience.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR partners and U.S. recruiting teams to keep searches moving with urgency.
• Use recruiting data and pipeline insights to spot bottlenecks, track progress and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Leverage AI, automation and recruiting tools to reduce manual work and enhance candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate talent pipelines and candidate data in the ATS.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or related HR functions; 7 years preferred.
• Proven ability to work with U.S.‑based teams across time zones.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization and follow‑through.
