Senior Salesforce CRM Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CRM Developer to lead custom development, integration, and optimization of enterprise Salesforce instances for our client. You will own scalable CRM architectures, build modern Lightning Web Components, and integrate Salesforce with external systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain high‑quality Apex code, custom LWC interfaces, and asynchronous processing frameworks.
• Architect and implement secure, bidirectional integrations with third‑party platforms such as SAP, HubSpot, and BigQuery using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Profile execution logs, optimize trigger handlers, and refactor legacy code for performance and bulk data stability.
• Manage source‑driven deployments with Salesforce CLI and Git‑based CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable sandbox and release management.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Business Analysts, and product owners to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on development experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueables) and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, data modeling, and governor‑limit optimization.
• Extensive experience building and securing external web services (REST/SOAP, OAuth2, Named Credentials, platform events).
• Active Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred and excellent English communication skills.
