Senior SAP Functional Consultant – S/4HANA

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for senior SAP Functional Consultants to join an Application Management Services (AMS) engagement for a key client. You will provide functional support, drive continuous improvement, and optimize business processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver functional support for SAP S/4HANA modules, handling incidents, tickets, and escalations from L1/L2 teams.
• Analyze and improve end‑to‑end business processes such as Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Finance, and Logistics.
• Document functional solutions, procedures, and best practices while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a SAP Functional Consultant in AMS or support models.
• Strong functional knowledge of at least one SAP module (FI, MM, SD, or EWM) and experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Customer‑facing attitude with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA functional expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with FI, MM, SD, or EWM modules.
• Understanding of cross‑module integration (e.g., FI‑MM, SD‑EWM).
• Familiarity with ITIL‑based service management and SLA‑driven environments.
