Senior SMB Account Executive – Colombia

About the role

Uber for Business is looking for a resilient, resource‑ful Senior SMB Account Executive to drive growth in Colombia’s dynamic market. You will own the full sales cycle for our newest B2B suite, building long‑term partnerships with high‑potential small and medium businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close partnerships with diverse decision‑makers across the SMB segment.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline in Salesforce, forecast accurately, and meet aggressive bi‑annual and quarterly targets.
• Identify and remove integration barriers, providing consultative, “Uber‑first” solutions.
• Contribute to regional product launches, sharing field insights and best practices.
• Create scalable process playbooks and performance trackers for the team.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and legal teams to resolve blockers and scale solutions.
• Manage hundreds of prospects simultaneously with high organization and timely follow‑through.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales or account‑management experience in a quota‑carrying role.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Experience in SaaS or high‑growth technology environments is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move with urgency, and balance precision with care.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM for high‑volume pipeline management.
• SQL for data‑driven insights and performance tracking.
