Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Huge is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead integration and content modeling for Optimizely SaaS platforms while building high‑performance frontend applications using Next.js, Middleware and Vercel Edge Functions. The role is remote within Colombia and involves collaboration with Frontend Engineering, Product, UX and strategy teams for Fortune 500 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement flexible content models in Optimizely SaaS, integrating headless Optimizely Graph APIs with Next.js and GraphQL.
• Architect and deploy edge‑rendered applications using Next.js Middleware and Vercel Edge Functions for routing, personalization and performance optimization.
• Develop ETL pipelines with Azure Functions and Optimizely Content Management APIs.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to evaluate feature feasibility, refine requirements and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering large‑scale web applications for enterprise clients.
• Hands‑on experience with Optimizely SaaS integration, headless API architectures and enterprise content modeling.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) for global collaboration.
