Senior Specialist – Contract Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist to join its Global Business Services Center Legal Services team. The role focuses on end‑to‑end contract preparation and execution for a portfolio of vendor and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and triage contract requests, confirming adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate routine vendor and commercial contracts, including NDAs, software license agreements, support service agreements, and consulting services agreements.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from generation to signature, maintaining accurate records and tracking.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve legal and business issues.
