Senior Specialist, Onboarding (P4) - Colombia

About the role

Pebl is looking for an experienced Senior Specialist, Onboarding to focus on seamless onboarding and offboarding for both supported employees and clients/customers in Colombia. The role calls for strong communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and a professional, highly organized and detail-minded approach. It involves managing HR data, building positive relationships and giving expert guidance on HR matters.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of onboarding and offboarding for supported employees, working closely with global internal teams (Immigration, Payroll) and external service providers.
• Support clients by answering queries and advising on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting and other HR matters, acting as a regional expert.
• Manage client relationships together with the client services team and drive employee and client satisfaction.
• Keep onboarding timelines quick and maintain the agreed resolution-time SLA.
• Help train new team members and audit HR records, including personal information, onboarding and offboarding documents, contracts and job-specific information.
• Ensure compliance with local employment law and applicable collective agreements, and notify the right contacts of any rectification needs.
• Work with internal teams such as Knowledge Base maintenance and Product Development, anticipate issues, help with root cause analysis and raise them to the right teams.
