Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract, Americas

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract, for its Americas Service Delivery Procurement organization in Bogotá, Colombia. The role ensures that the Source-to-Contract function delivers results in support of the Global Services, One Procurement and J&J business strategy, working directly with business and category procurement teams and owning the operational execution of sourcing and contracting cases.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate with a team of Source-to-Contract analysts.
• Run the day-to-day operations of the function, including sourcing event management, negotiation of price and other contract terms, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management, meeting agreed SLAs and complying with policy and law.
• Drive continuous improvement in user experience, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support automation and AI initiatives, acting as product owner for S2C tools and AI features: gathering requirements, prioritizing, testing and rolling out enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with business partners and peers to understand and influence their needs.
• Partner with Category Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IT and Security on sourcing and contracts, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory needs.
• Support the digital requirements discipline by documenting data needs, data quality, data lineage, integration points and privacy/security controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree; an MBA or higher is preferred.
• 4-6 years of procurement, finance or other relevant business experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; fluency in Portuguese is preferred for the supported region.
• Experience in the shared services industry is preferred.
• Up to 5% domestic and international travel is required.
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Bogotá time), 8 hours per day including a 1-hour break, with partial coverage of Americas time zones.

• Preferred: good understanding of sourcing and contracting processes and Source-to-settle operations.
• Preferred: business data analysis, contract management, RFx management, vendor management and selection, and process improvement.
