Senior Statistical Programmer (Remote)

About the role

Join a leading pharmaceutical client as a Senior Statistical Programmer, working fully embedded with the support of Cytel. This fully remote position involves leveraging advanced SAS programming and CDISC standards to drive data analysis across Phase I‑IV clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and QC SDTM and ADaM datasets, as well as tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) for safety and efficacy analyses.
• Generate complex ad‑hoc reports from raw clinical trial data and support submission documents, including define.xml.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients to clarify project specifications, status, and issues.
• Apply strong efficacy analysis expertise and contribute to oncology or immunology studies when applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of SAS programming experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with at least 6 years of experience if holding a master’s degree.
• Proven experience leading study programming or managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial data manipulation.

Required skills

• SAS programming for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Implementation of CDISC SDTM and ADaM standards.
• QC/validation and ad‑hoc reporting capabilities.
• Experience with efficacy analysis and submission documentation (define.xml).
