Senior Support Analyst (Endur)

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Support Analyst to provide Level 2 functional and technical support for the Endur ETRM platform. The role ensures smooth end‑of‑day processing, stable trading operations and timely issue resolution across front‑, middle‑ and back‑office environments.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve application incidents, triage and close service requests for trading operations.
- Perform health checks and end‑of‑day monitoring to guarantee stability and accurate P&L reporting.
- Analyse recurring problems, document permanent fix plans and contribute to system reliability.
- Support UAT and regression testing during change roll‑outs.
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs and diagnostic documentation.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in application support for complex enterprise systems.
- Strong communication skills and proven client‑facing support experience.
- Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem and change management processes.
- Experience in high‑availability environments with strict SLAs.
Required skills
- SQL
- Log analysis
- ITIL processes
- Basic understanding of custom code or scripts (OpenJVS/OpenComponents desirable)
