About the role

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting initiatives. The ideal candidate will design scalable hiring strategies, partner with business leaders, and drive process improvements that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for operational, professional, and specialized roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning.
• Optimize recruitment processes, workflows, and KPIs to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate data and reporting.
• Develop recruiting playbooks, SOPs, and best‑practice documentation.
• Implement automation, technology, and AI solutions to improve recruitment operations.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• English proficiency at C1‑C2 level.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in talent acquisition and 2 years in recruitment leadership.
• Background in staffing, workforce solutions, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries.
• Proven track record of improving recruitment processes and operational workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
