Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Loka is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across LatAm and Europe. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical positions, ensuring a great candidate experience and strong cultural fit.

Key responsibilities

• Interview candidates at all seniority levels for roles such as AI/ML, Sales, Data, DevOps, UX Design, etc.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment journey, maintaining a positive experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to design efficient, high‑quality hiring processes.
• Develop regional and global recruiting initiatives using marketing expertise.
• Track, analyze and report recruitment metrics, proposing data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• 4+ years recruiting technical profiles in the IT industry.
• Strong interviewing and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills; CV must be in English.
• Self‑driven, collaborative, adaptable and curious mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
• Ability to analyse recruitment metrics, trends and KPIs.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment projects and stakeholders.
