Senior Tax Analyst

About the role

Join DHL Finance & HR Services as a Senior Tax Analyst in Bogota, supporting tax administration to maintain effective rates, minimize risk and improve cash flow. You will work within a global network of real‑estate and finance professionals, contributing to the company’s strategic tax objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file tax returns and declarations (CIT, ITT, municipal WHT, exogena reports) for national and local authorities.
• Assist team members in understanding tax concepts, processes, standards and policies.
• Prepare technical reports on tax law impacts and draft correspondence with tax authorities and external consultants.
• Collect, maintain and reconcile tax information, records and accounts.
• Support external auditors during statutory audits and ensure compliance with tax checklists.

Required profile

• Specialization in Taxation with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Hands‑on knowledge of tax preparation, regulations, account analysis and tax refund applications.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong communication skills and a vocational/technical certification.
