Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting from outreach to placement.
• Source candidates on LinkedIn and use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top‑tier talent.
• Conduct advanced Boolean searches to uncover hidden talent pools.
• Apply US agency experience to streamline hiring workflows and deliver quality results.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of headhunting experience.
• 2+ years in the tech industry.
• Professional proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Strong sense of ownership, detail‑oriented, and intellectually curious.
