Senior Technical Support Engineer

About the role

DBSync is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for its Cloud Replication and data integration solutions. The role serves enterprise customers across the USA while working US Central Time business hours from a remote location in LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for Cloud Replication, handling complex database connectivity, synchronization, and performance issues.
• Manage enterprise customer relationships, troubleshoot deployments across cloud‑hosted, self‑hosted and on‑premises environments, and ensure timely case resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and implementation teams to resolve escalated issues and monitor replication jobs, logs, and data flows.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and customer‑facing troubleshooting guides.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise technical support, data integration, or SaaS product support.
• Proven ability to work independently from India or LATAM while supporting US customers during US Central Time business hours.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Business Central.
• Understanding of data replication, ETL/ELT, APIs, and integration concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure) and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, networking, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring, incident management, ticketing systems, and remote troubleshooting.
