Senior Travel Consultant (Travel Designer)

About the role

Two Travel, founded in 2018, offers travel concierge services for couples, families, friend groups, businesses and weddings, based on affordable luxury. The Travel Designer reports directly to the CEO and handles client services from creating itineraries to acting as the single point of contact during the trip. The role coordinates providers, reservations, boats and staff, and works alongside a reservations manager and a low-level concierge.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client check-in by coordinating staff, transport, liquor, massages, chefs and other services so guests have a seamless arrival and stay.
• Oversee staff throughout the client's trip, such as updating them on work schedules.
• Provide a high level of customer service to all guests.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers, hosts and other partners.
• Develop and maintain a network with service providers and staff.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker; fluency in English is a must.
• Preferably a bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, sports or a related field, or in the process of earning it.
• Exceptional customer service and people skills.
• Eagerness to learn and help grow a young company.
• Ideal candidate is knowledgeable about luxury lifestyle, including restaurants, activities and tours.
