Senior UX Designer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is looking for a Senior UX Designer with 5+ years of experience. The designer leads the full user experience design process, from market and user research to designing user flows, wireframes and prototypes for internal and external products.

Key responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma, applying user-centered design principles and ensuring seamless interactions across products.
• Work with product managers, developers and stakeholders to turn user needs into functional solutions that fit business goals and technical constraints.
• Run user research and usability testing, using interviews, usability tests and feedback sessions to validate designs and find improvements.
• Manage internal communications so the team's work is visible across the organization.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience leading the full UX design process for internal and external products.
• 4+ years designing information architecture, wireframes and user flows for complex documentation or product suites, including localization and accessibility best practices.
• Strong UX design and UX research skills, with experience using data to give informed user insights.
• Experience with research, usability and accessibility principles; product design and Agile development are a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced experience with Miro, Figma and Jira.
• Information architecture and UX research.
