Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

CI&T is looking for a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join its Colombian team. You will lead the design of user‑centric digital products, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver engaging and intuitive interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Forge strong client relationships, understand needs and translate challenges into compelling design solutions.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to create designs that balance aesthetics and functionality.
• Navigate product development risks—value, usability, feasibility, and viability—to ensure impactful, user‑friendly outcomes.
• Develop and refine design concepts based on user feedback and testing, delivering high‑quality results.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative learning culture.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of relevant experience, including at least two years as a lead designer.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful digital product design and delivery.
• Deep understanding of modern user research strategies and techniques.
• Strong problem‑solving ability in complex environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (nice‑to‑have).
