Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

CI&T is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join its Colombian team. You will lead the design of user‑centric digital products, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver intuitive, high‑impact experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships, understand needs and translate challenges into compelling design solutions.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to create designs that balance aesthetics and functionality.
• Mitigate product‑development risks by addressing value, usability, feasibility and viability.
• Develop and refine concepts based on user feedback and testing, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture.
• Conduct modern user research to inform decisions and improve experiences.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of relevant experience, including at least two years as a lead designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital product designs.
• Deep understanding of user research strategies and techniques.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability in complex environments.
• Self‑motivated with strong communication skills and ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sketch, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (nice‑to‑have).
