SEO Manager – Lead Organic Search Performance

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic SEO Manager to lead and improve our organic search performance. You will develop SEO strategies, optimise website content, and analyse performance metrics to boost rankings and traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimise on‑page SEO elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams.
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions to measure SEO success.
• Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes.
• Create SEO reports and provide insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• Experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• On‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO knowledge.
• Google Analytics.
• Google Search Console.
• Ahrefs or SEMrush (or similar tools).
• Keyword research and content optimisation.
• Basic HTML.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and website structure.
