SEO Manager – Remote (Global)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO department for a digital marketing agency that serves home‑service businesses. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving organic traffic and conversions for painting contractor clients through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously refine SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.
• Monitor performance data, test tactics, and adjust approaches based on results.
• Lead, mentor and delegate tasks to a team of SEO specialists, ensuring high‑quality and timely delivery.
• Use metrics to evaluate SEO performance, identify improvement areas and align efforts with broader client marketing goals.
• Manage multiple client accounts, with a focus on local SEO for service‑area businesses.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience managing SEO teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency, preferably with home‑service clients.
• Proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.
