SEO Manager – Remote (Latin America & South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead the SEO department of a digital marketing agency that serves dental and healthcare clients. You will be responsible for driving organic growth across multiple client accounts while managing a remote team of SEO assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of two offshore SEO Assistants, ensuring high‑quality execution.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies covering Technical SEO, On‑Page SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile, and AI‑driven search optimization.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, web development, and client success teams to apply SEO best practices.
• Monitor organic performance, analyze data, and adjust tactics to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Produce client reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Refine SEO workflows, quality‑assurance processes, and documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google algorithm changes, AI search trends, and industry standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing SEO campaigns, preferably in a U.S.‑focused digital marketing agency.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring remote/offshore SEO teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, comfortable in client‑facing meetings.
• Experience in the healthcare or dental niche is a plus.
