SEO Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Operations Specialist to execute and quality‑check SEO deliverables for multiple client websites. Working closely with the SEO Lead, you will ensure that on‑page, technical and local SEO tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of on‑page SEO, technical audits, and issue resolution across client sites.
• Perform quality assurance checks on content publishing, pre‑launch reviews, and backlink tracking.
• Manage Google Business Profile listings and coordinate local SEO initiatives.
• Track project progress, generate reports, and ensure timely delivery of all operational deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in local, on‑page and technical SEO.
• Detail‑oriented operator who follows processes and reviews work thoroughly.
• Proactive communicator who identifies issues early and updates stakeholders without prompting.
• Highly organized self‑starter able to juggle multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
