SEO Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SEO Operations Specialist to execute and quality‑assure SEO deliverables for multiple client websites. Working remotely, you will partner with the SEO Lead to ensure on‑page, technical and local SEO tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and quality assurance of on‑page SEO across client sites.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, monitor Core Web Vitals, and resolve issues.
• Review and manage content publishing processes before launch.
• Oversee local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile management.
• Track backlinks, manage schema markup, and ensure high‑quality standards for all SEO operations.
• Prepare project reports and ensure timely delivery of all operational deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Highly organized self‑starter who follows processes and reviews work thoroughly.
• Proactive communicator who identifies issues early and collaborates with internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across several client accounts.
